This is an intense program and it requires a yearly commitment.

academy program

The Academy program is divided in the Grassroot Development Pathway for ages 8-13 and Competitive Rep Pathway for players U14 to U21.

At BRI FC, we put players first. Our program is built to help each child learn, grow, and improve in a positive and supportive environment. We focus on long-term development, helping players become better at soccer while also building confidence, discipline, and strong character.

We offer high-quality training for players of all skill levels. Our coaches are experienced and have worked with youth players across the United States and around the world.

Great coaching is the key to our success. It helps our players improve, work hard, and reach their goals.

What to expect from our academy program

communication and transparancy

We have clear expectations around effort, attitude, attendance, behaviour, and respect. There are no mixed messages. Standards are communicated directly and reinforced consistently.  Effort, commitment, and conduct matter.  Accountability is part of the learning process.

commitment to player development

We do not coach based on “potential.” We coach every player. Every player is held to high standards and given real opportunities to improve and compete. No early labels. No shortcuts. Development is earned through effort — and every player is given the chance to rise to that standard.

gateway to professional pathway

The ultimate aim of any academy is to prepare its players for the highest levels of soccer. This ambition is reflected in our connections with sports management companies in Canada and internationally specifically designed to ease the transition to professionalism.
