faq
what type of attire should be worn
Players should be dressed in regular training gear (top, shorts, socks, shin guards, indoor soccer shoes (no cleats)). Bring a soccer ball and water bottle.
what type of field will they train on
Tryouts re held in school gyms from October to April and on turf or grass from May to September.
can parents stay for the tryout
If tryouts are held in school gyms parents are not allowed to watch the training as per school board policies, for outdoor practices parents can be on location.
when will you hear back
We would like the player to attend 2 practices, and feedback will be given at the end of the second assessment.
is there a fee for the tryout
Tryouts are free. There is a registration cost for the full season which covers practices only. Uniform, league fees and tournaments are not included in the registration cost.
Why do i need to register for a tryout
Registration is required for proper planning, communication and waiver. Non-registered players will not be permitted to participate in tryouts under any circumstances.
