BRI FC’s position-specific training sessions are built for players who want targeted development within a competitive environment. Each session is designed around the unique demands of each position—forward, midfielder, defender, and goalkeeper—allowing coaches to focus on role-specific skills, decision-making, and tactical awareness. Training in small groups creates realistic game scenarios while still providing detailed feedback, helping players sharpen their strengths, understand their role more deeply, and perform with confidence in any position they play.

Each session is built around the player’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals, allowing the coach to work in detail on technique, decision-making, and physical performance. With all attention on the athlete, training becomes more efficient, more intentional, and better aligned with long-term growth—helping players progress faster than in traditional group settings. One one one training boosts confidence and the player can progress at his/her own pace.
